A practical material guide for normal household, furniture, garden, office and bulky-waste enquiries. Unusual or regulated materials should always be identified before booking.

Searches for what rubbish can be collected Dublin often come from someone trying to make a decision, not just find a phone number. This guide is designed to answer that decision properly and then let you request a quote if a collection service is the right fit.

Furniture and mattresses

Sofas, chairs, tables, wardrobes, beds, mattresses and other bulky furniture are typical collection items, subject to safe access and any special material considerations.

Household clutter

Boxes, bagged rubbish, books, clothes, toys and general non-hazardous household contents can usually form part of a clearance.

Appliances and WEEE

Electrical and electronic equipment belongs in an appropriate WEEE route. Fridges and freezers in particular should be identified when requesting the quote.

Garden and shed contents

Bagged green material, old pots, garden furniture and normal shed clutter may be suitable. Soil, chemicals, fuels, gas cylinders and unknown liquids need separate discussion.

Office and commercial contents

Desks, chairs, shelving, packaging and suitable office contents can be collected, but commercial jobs should be scoped by material type and building access.
